Admission Procedure in Sharda University

The Sharda University admissions are strictly based on merit. The entrance test mark is the primary criterion for securing admission.

  • Sharda University admission can be done online on the official website of the university.
  • Students can also download the application form and send the filled application form to the university.
  • International students should have completed the qualifying examination with 50% aggregate to get admissions in any course at the university.
  • The candidates who clear the Sharda University Cut Off are offered admission.

Due to the current pandemic situation, Sharda University has come up with an entire new admission procedure. Candidates can apply for UG/ PG programs and undertake Sharda University Admission Test [SUAT] from the comfort of their home on any working day by booking a slot. Candidates can now book their home-based online SUAT test slot for the next phase, i.e., between 20th to 31st July 2020 by completing the application on or before 31st July 2020. The last date for admissions 2020 has been extended till 11th November 2020. Sharda University has opened the slot booking for the final round of the home-based online SUAT test.

Eligibility Criteria in Sharda University

The Shara University courses have a systematic procedure where the candidates can book the exam dates, time, center provided in the Online Exam Booking System. The candidates are requested to follow the guidelines while applying to the university.

B.Sc Hons. [Computer Science]/ [Electronics]/ [Information Technology]
  • The students must have passed 10+2 examination with 50% aggregate in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer/ Information Science
B.Tech/ B.Tech [Integrated]
  • Candidates should have completed 10th with 60% aggregate, 12th with 70% aggregate, and 60% marks in physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science/ physics, chemistry, biology, and biotechnology
  • They should have scored 50% marks in mathematics
  • Students should have undertaken SUAT examination/ JEE Main (Rank should be less than 3 lakhs)/ UPSEE (Rank should be less than 50,000)
B.Tech [Biomedical]
  • Candidates should have completed 10th with 60% aggregate and 12th with 70% aggregate with physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science/ physics, chemistry, biology, and biotechnology
  • They should have scored 50% marks in mathematics
  • Students should have undertaken SUAT examination/ JEE Main (Rank should be less than 3 lakhs)/ UPSEE (Rank should be less than 50,000)
BCA
  • The students must have passed 10+2 examination with 50% aggregate
  • They should have undertaken Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer/ Information Science
  • They should have written the SUAT examination
B.Sc
  • The students must have passed 10+2 examination with 50% aggregate having biology/ life sciences as one of the subjects
  • They should have written the SUAT examination
B.Sc [Medical Imaging Technology]/ B.Pharm/ B.Sc + B.Ed
  • The students must have passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry, mathematics/ biology with 50% aggregate
 Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics/ Diploma
